About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work at a Fidelity Investor Center alongside financial professionals. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while providing customer service. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.

What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student in your junior year.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking is required.
- You have leadership experience through involvement in student organizations.
- You possess a professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- You have a basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- You have the ability to promote customer loyalty while providing a positive customer experience.

- This role is based on-site in Boise, Idaho.
- The internship is paid and full-time.
