About the role#
As a branch intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building communication and relationship skills. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship running from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives and contribute your own ideas to branch projects.
- Take part in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of current market and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty.

- This role is based on-site in Schaumburg, Illinois.
- This is a full-time position.
