About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. This full-time, 10-week summer internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while contributing to business-critical initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges and identify ways to improve processes.
- Participate in significant work assignments designed to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Engage in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
- Bring fresh perspectives to help enhance client and business outcomes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program, pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated interest in wealth management and investing.
- Prior experience in banking, retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Leadership experience through involvement in student organizations.
- A basic understanding of current economic trends and the market.
- Professional communication skills and a focus on building customer loyalty.
