About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work within a Fidelity Investor Center to support client experiences. You will work alongside financial professionals to assist with investment products and services while gaining exposure to personal investing and financial planning. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and help clients with investment needs.
- Participate in work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with your team to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Contribute fresh perspectives to enhance client and business outcomes.
- Support business-critical initiatives through the FIDTERN program.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through involvement in student organizations.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in investing and wealth management.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.

- This role is based on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- This is a full-time position.
