About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building your communication and relationship skills. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. You will participate in professional development programs and receive mentorship from branch staff.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist with various investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve branch processes.
- Support business-critical initiatives and contribute your own ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a junior undergraduate student.
- Interest in wealth management and investing.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, banking, or customer service.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of the current economy and market trends.
- A focus on promoting customer loyalty.
