About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work with financial professionals to support the client experience. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building professional skills. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Complete work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Support branch initiatives and bring fresh perspectives to client outcomes.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing a positive experience.
