About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you work directly with financial professionals at an Investor Center. You will support the client experience by providing customer service and assisting with various investment products. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship designed to build your knowledge of the financial services industry while you develop professional communication and relationship-building skills.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and help clients with investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of financial services.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Join professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student in your junior year of college.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience from student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding experience.

- This internship is located on-site at the Raleigh, North Carolina Investor Center.
- The term runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
