About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work at a Fidelity Investor Center alongside financial professionals. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while assisting with a range of investment products. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. This position is on-site.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist with various investment products and services.
- Take on work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop skills in business communication and relationship building.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify ways to improve current processes.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in wealth management and investing.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, banking, or customer service.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor.
- Ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of the economy, current market, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
Location & details#
- Location: Sunnyvale, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Pay: $20 to $32 per hour.
