About the role#
As a Branch Intern at the Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while developing business, communication, and relationship-building skills. This is a full-time, paid summer internship for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Participate in significant work assignments and contribute your own ideas.
- Support branch initiatives and gain hands-on experience.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student in your junior year.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of the current market, the economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding experience.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

- This role is based on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- The internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- This position is full-time.
