About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. This summer role offers exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting business-critical initiatives and participating in professional development programs. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute fresh perspectives to improve client and business outcomes.
- Participate in networking events and learning opportunities.
- Engage in coaching and mentorship from branch professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in wealth management and investing.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Demonstrated leadership in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the economy, current markets, and economic trends.
- Ability to build customer loyalty.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
