About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. This full-time, 10-week summer program provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will join the team to support client service, address business challenges, and contribute to branch initiatives. This role is designed for students interested in a career in wealth management.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Participate in assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives and contribute your own ideas.
- Attend professional development and networking events through the FIDTERN program.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in the fields of finance, economics, or business administration.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- Leadership experience or involvement in student organizations.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- A focus on promoting customer loyalty and providing a positive experience.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Positions are located in Bellevue, WA, and Seattle, WA.
