About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work within a Fidelity Investor Center to support our client experience. You will partner with financial professionals to gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Participate in work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Contribute perspectives to help enhance client and business outcomes.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year of college.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide an outstanding customer experience.

- This position is based on-site at the Investor Center in Exton, Pennsylvania.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
