About the role#
This summer internship within the Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) department provides hands-on experience in financial services. You will work in a team-centered environment, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and how operations support home ownership initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and improve mortgage operations processes.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to support data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with various operations teams to learn the mortgage lifecycle.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects.
What you'll need#
- Junior status or higher at an accredited four-year institution.
- A GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
- Enrollment in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business discipline.
- Willingness to work with each of the MPF operations teams.
- Experience with data for metrics and process improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma, is highly desirable.
