About the role#
Export Development Canada is looking for students and new graduates to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time contract opportunity designed to provide early career experience within a financial Crown corporation. You will work across various departments to support our mission of helping Canadian businesses succeed globally.
What you'll do#
- Build cross-functional professional networks across the organization.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and innovation in your assigned team.
- Learn and grow through coaching and mentoring from experienced professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or graduate program (within the past year).
- Previous work experience related to your field of study.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A motivated, self-starting attitude and an enthusiasm to tackle any task.
- Ability to meet government security screening requirements.
- Knowledge of both official languages is an asset.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at one of our office hubs.
- Positions are available in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, and Halifax.
- The program is open to students in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, and other related fields.
