About the role#
The Office Intern plays a key role in keeping workplace and product operations running smoothly. This hands-on position manages the product closet and inventory, coordinates shipments, maintains organized office and storage spaces, and supports day-to-day workplace operations. This role serves as a central resource for multiple departments to ensure products, supplies, and workspaces remain organized and accessible.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and organize the product closet and storage areas to ensure products are easy to locate.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments, including packing boxes and printing shipping labels.
- Assist with office upkeep, including loading and unloading dishwashers and maintaining common areas.
- Support kitchen and office supply inventory by restocking supplies as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations on special projects.
- Assist with seasonal inventory cleanups and organization projects.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping, logistics, or office management.
- Proficiency using Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 40-50 pounds.
- Current enrollment or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Marketing, or Human Resources.
