The Office Intern plays a key role in keeping workplace and product operations running smoothly. This hands-on position is responsible for managing the product closet and inventory, coordinating shipments, maintaining organized office and storage spaces, and supporting day-to-day workplace operations. This role acts as a central resource for multiple departments, ensuring products, supplies, and workspaces are organized and accessible.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and organize the product closet and storage areas to ensure products are easy to locate.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments, including packing boxes and printing shipping labels.
- Support kitchen and office supply inventory, including restocking as needed.
- Assist with office upkeep, such as loading and unloading dishwashers and maintaining common areas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects, including seasonal inventory cleanups and product launches.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping, logistics, or office management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 40–50 pounds.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources.
