About the role#
ESP Associates, Inc. is hiring a Civil Engineering intern for the summer of 2027. This full-time, paid position offers students experience working with a private land development engineering design team. You will work on-site at one of our offices in Arkansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the production of civil and site plans.
- Develop construction plan documents.
- Prepare technical drawings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year Civil Engineering program.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving and conceptual design skills.
- A strong desire to learn.
- Successful completion of drug and background screenings.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Word and Excel is encouraged.
