About the role#
Join the Pricing and Commercial Strategy team to turn market, customer, and financial data into commercial decisions. You will support pricing analyses, business cases, dashboards, and scenario models for telecom products and services. This role is for someone who is numerically confident, analytically curious, and interested in how pricing influences revenue, profitability, and customer value.
What you'll do#
- Perform pricing, discount, cost, margin, and profitability analyses.
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses.
- Create Power BI dashboards and visualizations to track pricing trends and commercial performance.
- Collect, clean, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify patterns and insights.
- Support market and competitor benchmarking, segment analysis, and the development of pricing recommendations.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations to communicate analytical findings.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, data preparation, and documentation.
- Help improve pricing processes, reporting standards, and commercial decision-support tools.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with confidence working with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and structured analysis.
- Foundational understanding of financial modeling, including revenue, cost, margin, and ROI.
- Minimum 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Business aptitude and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
- Preferred experience includes Power BI, Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and generative AI tools.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, statistics, or forecasting is a plus.
