About the role#
Entegris is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op to join our team in Colorado Springs for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment where you will gain hands-on experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. We are not providing immigration sponsorship for this position.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes across various production areas, including injection molding, tooling, and assembly.
- Work with production teams to standardize startup and shutdown procedures for injection molding to support safety and quality.
- Develop clear work instructions and visual documentation for automated equipment and machine interfaces to help with operator training.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a graduation date in 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles through your coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for participating in a co-op program.
Location & details#
- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado (Rockrimmon site).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Duration: January through June 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
