About the role#
This is a remote co-op position for the Winter 2027 term, running from January through June. You will support user adoption of Accolade by developing and maintaining training materials for various business processes. This is a full-time, paid assignment lasting six months.
What you'll do#
- Create training guides, presentations, videos, and job aids.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions.
- Gather user feedback to improve future training.
- Partner with process owners to ensure content remains accurate and effective.
What you'll need#
- You are a currently enrolled student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- You have strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- You are comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations, guides, and videos.
- You can learn complex business processes and explain them simply.
- You are detail-oriented and focused on process improvement.
- You possess strong written communication skills.
- You have an interest in enterprise systems and digital transformation.
- You are comfortable interacting with employees across various functions and levels.
- You are familiar with your university requirements for co-op participation.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote.
- You must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
