About the role#
ENGIE is seeking a Finance Operation and Compliance Intern to support financial reporting and regulatory processes. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Houston, Texas, with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Support the compliance team in monitoring regulatory requirements.
- Participate in financial audits and implement findings.
- Help administer budget tracking and forecasts.
- Review and enhance internal controls processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Understanding of financial operations and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
