About the role#
Legal Fellows support our national lawyers and legal teams in defending clients and seeking justice. This is a full-time, unpaid volunteer fellowship. The program runs for 12 months, beginning in June 2027 and ending in May 2028.
What you'll do#
- Research legal issues and write briefs to assist in protecting victims.
- Support or conduct legal training sessions.
- Assist with case intake and input case details into the Casework Tracking Management System.
- Participate in legal strategy meetings and operations briefings.
- Provide administrative support to legal teams, including documentation management and creating presentations.
What you'll need#
- A law degree (Law school graduate for US applicants or completion of a Bachelors of Law for non-US applicants).
- Fluency in Spanish is required for placements in Latin American offices.
- A mature orthodox Christian faith.
- A resilient, humble, and service-oriented approach to work.
