About the role#
ENGIE is seeking an Operations Training Intern to support the development and execution of training programs within the renewable energy power generation sector. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Houston, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Assist in training new operations staff.
- Support ongoing training initiatives.
- Develop training materials to support staff development.
- Coordinate training sessions and manage associated logistics.
- Analyze training feedback and performance data to improve future programs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical thinking skills.
