About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in San Francisco to support the development and design of utility-scale solar energy projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design of utility-scale solar systems.
- Conduct site assessments to inform project planning.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers on project execution.
- Prepare technical project documentation.
- Support the development of system specifications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Experience with solar energy systems.
- Familiarity with design software.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles.
- The ability to contribute to large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills.
