About the role#
Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our Early Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and university partners to attract and hire interns, co-op students, and new graduates. This position offers hands-on experience in the full recruiting lifecycle within an engineering consulting environment.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while managing scheduling logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation within iCIMS.
- Support offer activities and follow-up with candidates.
- Assist with local in-person college recruiting initiatives, including career fairs and student events.
- Source talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, and university portals.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and support recruiters in screening applicants.
- Assist with maintaining talent pipelines and recruiting trackers.
- Develop recruiting materials, candidate communications, and employer branding content.
- Help with recruiting metrics, reporting, and talent analytics.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites, navigate sites for walkdowns, and work outside.
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects or meetings.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, and motor vehicle record checks.
- Submission of a college transcript if you have less than one year of post-graduation experience.

- This is an on-site internship located in either Kennesaw or Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
