About the role#
This full-time Software Engineering Co-op position is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will work alongside software architects and engineers on product development initiatives. This role allows you to apply your academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges while gaining professional experience. You will work 40 hours per week from June 2027 through December 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with software architects and engineers to create software utilities, proof-of-concept applications, automated testing solutions, and product development tools.
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to support development projects and technical initiatives.
- Apply technical concepts from your coursework to engineering projects.
- Explore emerging technologies and contribute to artificial intelligence initiatives by integrating AI services into software solutions.
- Develop practical software engineering skills and gain exposure to various engineering disciplines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Junior or senior standing is preferred, though sophomore students will be considered.
- Ability to work full-time in person in Eden Prairie, MN, from June 2027 through December 2027.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of .NET and C# is preferred.
- Exposure to software development practices through coursework, student projects, research, or previous internships.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, software architecture, and product development.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to engineering challenges.
