About the role#
Elevate Infrastructure is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support the People team during a high-impact summer. You will be embedded in live system rollouts, contribute to processes that scale with the company, and gain hands-on experience across HR technology, performance management, recruiting, and policy operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the rollout and configuration of Rippling (HRIS/ATS), including data entry and testing.
- Assist in coordinating the mid-year review cycle using Lattice by tracking timelines and managing follow-ups.
- Coordinate candidate scheduling and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
- Support logistics and coordination for new hire onboarding, including materials preparation and system access setup.
- Draft and update HR policies and documentation in clear, consistent language aligned with company standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Available to start immediately and commit through the end of summer 2026.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
