About the role#
This is a hands-on internship designed to support the People team during a high-impact summer. You will be embedded in live system rollouts and contribute to processes that scale with the company. This role requires a proactive approach to managing HR systems, performance management, recruiting coordination, and policy operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the rollout and configuration of Rippling (HRIS/ATS), including data entry and user coordination.
- Assist in coordinating the mid-year review cycle using Lattice by tracking timelines and managing follow-ups.
- Coordinate candidate scheduling and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
- Support logistics and coordination for new hire onboarding, including scheduling and system access setup.
- Draft updates to HR policies and documentation in clear, consistent language aligned with company standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Available to start immediately and commit through the end of the summer.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills.
