Summer Intern - HR Operations

About the role#

Elevate Infrastructure is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support the People team during a high-impact summer. You will be embedded in live system rollouts, contribute to processes that scale with the company, and gain hands-on experience across HR technology, performance management, recruiting, and policy operations.

What you'll do#

• Support the rollout and configuration of Rippling (HRIS/ATS), including data entry and testing.
• Assist in coordinating the mid-year review cycle using Lattice by tracking timelines and managing follow-ups.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
• Support logistics and coordination for new hire onboarding, including materials preparation and system access setup.
• Draft and update HR policies and documentation in clear, consistent language aligned with company standards.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Available to start immediately and commit through the end of summer 2026.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
