How to get in at Element
Intern Insider's per-company playbook.
Securing an internship at Element requires staying ahead of the applicant pool. Because early applicants are often reviewed before the volume of resumes becomes unmanageable, using Intern Insider to receive an instant alert the moment a role is published helps you apply among the first. This timing often makes a difference in whether your application is seen by the hiring team. Beyond timing, identifying the right contact is helpful for your candidacy. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind the company's roles, which allows you to reach out directly to ask about the position or a referral. Engaging with the right person can materially improve your response rates compared to submitting through a general portal.
