About the role#
This position supports ESC-20 clients by providing software services for ASCENDER student applications. You will act as a resource for school staff, helping them navigate student data elements, PEIMS submissions, and TSDS collections. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service for our education partners.
What you'll do#
- Provide software support and guidance for ASCENDER student applications.
- Help clients review and evaluate student data elements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for users, both online and in person.
- Document all support activities and time spent in the ESC-20 ticketing system.
- Test software updates before they reach clients to verify accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding new local education agencies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop annual training and processing calendars.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in business administration.
- Three to five years of experience in a school or service center setting related to student data support.
- Understanding of PEIMS submissions, TSDS collections, and school student accounting procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of ASCENDER student software.
- Proficiency with standard office software, including MS Office and email.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to clients.

- Work Modality: This role is primarily on-site, with occasional remote work opportunities after a set period of employment.
