About the role#
Ecolab is hiring Finance and Accounting interns for the summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, 11-week paid internship starting on June 1, 2027. You will work within an operating division or a corporate finance group to complete a project and gain experience in a professional finance environment. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time offer in the Finance Development Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Own a project within an operating division or corporate finance group.
- Partner with your manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose solutions for your project objectives.
- Present your project findings and recommendations to Ecolab Finance Leaders at the end of the summer.
- Participate in professional development programming, including networking events and Leader Talks.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- An anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned office location for the duration of the internship.
- Please note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

- This internship is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, or Naperville, Illinois.
- The role offers a hybrid work modality, balancing office days with remote work.
