About the role#
This is an 11-week paid internship program for Summer 2027. You will support various business units within our research, development, and engineering teams. The role focuses on new product development, application commercialization, and process engineering. You will gain experience across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to manufacturing and post-launch support.
What you'll do#
- Perform research, design, and testing for product improvements and new product launches, including chemical dispensing and control systems.
- Test, evaluate, and analyze formulations or systems to determine performance and reliability.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve existing and future products.
- Execute technical laboratory activities to support platform development.
- Support all stages of product development and application commercialization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry.
- An anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Experience developing test procedures and methods, along with the execution of those tests.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
