About the role#
As an Engineering Student, you will gain hands-on experience supporting telecommunications engineering teams. This role focuses on understanding how complex networks are designed, built, and delivered. You will work alongside engineers to document, analyze, and improve the processes used for internet and access technologies.
What you'll do#
- Document and map current engineering design and implementation processes.
- Analyze workflows used by the Solutions Engineering and Access Engineering teams.
- Meet with team members to understand existing work methods and identify improvements.
- Design and document updated processes and workflows.
- Create process maps, presentations, and procedural documentation.
- Support teams as new or updated processes are implemented.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- An interest in telecommunications, networking, or process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and a preference for organizing information.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- A curious, analytical approach to problem-solving.
