About the role#
This fall internship focuses on nonprofit storytelling and communications. You will support the 90th Anniversary Celebration for Easterseals NH by capturing and sharing stories about the people and programs that have shaped the organization. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Manchester.
What you'll do#
- Interview staff, participants, families, and community members to collect stories and quotes.
- Write and edit blog posts, newsletter features, and social media content.
- Help manage the content calendar for anniversary storytelling projects.
- Capture photos and short-form video at programs, events, and interviews.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team on campaign planning and brainstorming.
- Provide general support for communications initiatives as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are a current undergraduate student.
- Interest in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or storytelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are comfortable interviewing and engaging with different types of people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- A valid driver license and reliable transportation.
- Basic photography or video experience is a plus.
