About the role#
We are looking for a Network Engineering Intern to join our Summer 2027 cohort. You will gain hands-on experience managing and optimizing our network infrastructure. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical skills while supporting our IT operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network devices.
- Monitor network performance and resolve issues to ensure connectivity.
- Support the implementation of network updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Diagnose network problems and provide technical support to internal teams.
- Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, IP addressing, and configurations.
- Participate in network audits and assessments.
- Ensure network compliance with security policies.
- Support the implementation of firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security threats.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA as of Summer 2027.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, such as routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Exposure to Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, or Velocloud SD-WAN is a plus.

- Modality: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
