About the role#
Diversify Advisor Network is offering a project-based internship for students or recent graduates in Finance. This role focuses on a specific internal project to transfer and organize client data between our CRM database and eMoney. You will work alongside CFP advisors, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors to support portfolio reviews. This is a short-term position lasting 3 to 6 months. It does not guarantee permanent employment.
What you'll do#
- Enter and reconcile client data from the CRM system into eMoney.
- Review client information to ensure it is complete, consistent, and accurate.
- Follow workflows and documentation standards set by the advisory team.
- Collaborate with the planning team on portfolio reviews.
- Handle sensitive client information while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance.
- Adhere to all firm security policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance program or recent graduation.
- Completion of the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic familiarity with financial planning concepts and terminology.
- Comfort working with financial technology platforms and databases.
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet project deadlines.
Location & details#
- Location: Sandy, Utah.
- Workload: Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Training: Initial onboarding takes place on-site at the Diversify office. Remote work is possible after training is complete, provided you follow all security and compliance protocols.
