About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the People & Transformation team at DIRECTV. You will contribute to projects that support employee programs, business continuity, and compliance. This position is fully remote and open to undergraduate and master's candidates.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with different teams to solve business challenges.
- Evaluate communication strategies and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Handle financial tracking and reporting tasks.
- Maintain project trackers and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Research unfamiliar topics and summarize your findings.
- Prepare basic analyses and reports using data and AI tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or master's student.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience using data visualization or reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to ask questions.
Location & details#
- This is a remote role based in the United States.
- The internship lasts 10 weeks, running from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, or June 14, 2027 to August 20, 2027.
- This is a paid position with compensation of $20 per hour for undergraduates and $28 per hour for graduate students.
- Full U.S. work authorization is required.
