About the role#
As a Talent Solutions Intern, you will work off-campus to connect employers with Per Scholas graduates. You will build talent pipelines for IT positions and raise awareness of the program within the business community. This role involves sales, marketing, and business development tasks.
What you'll do#
- Cultivate a pipeline of employers to hire Per Scholas graduates for IT roles.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines between local businesses and graduates.
- Raise awareness about Per Scholas in the employer community.
- Provide administrative support to students.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at DeVry or Keller with at least six credits per semester.
- A minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Eligibility for Federal Work Study (FWS) funds.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-directed and organized work approach.

- This is an on-site, paid position.
