About the role#
This is a part-time, remote internship focused on a single football research project. You will work with the Football Information department to identify insights through data. The role spans 10 weeks and requires an average of 15 hours of work each week. You will work independently with significant flexibility in your schedule.
What you'll do#
- Complete one specific quantitative research project.
- Assist the Football Information department with data analysis.
- Identify key insights for the club.
- Manage your own schedule to meet the 15-hour weekly commitment.
What you'll need#
- A passion for the game of football.
- Ability to build statistical models using R or Python.
- Completed coursework in statistics or machine learning.
- Strong quantitative intuition.

- Intellectual curiosity for answering questions with data.
