About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Okemos, Michigan. The role operates on a hybrid schedule and is available on a rolling basis. You will work within the compliance training and technology space to support our internal learning systems and curriculum development.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and produce training content and curriculum.
- Maintain job-aids and how-to guides for Learning Management System applications.
- Manage daily operations of the Learning Management System and related technologies.
- Prepare and deliver reports for content owners.
- Assist with audit requests by gathering and providing evidence.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in a field such as Business, Human Resources, Communications, Computer Science, Media Studies, Psychology, or Graphic Design.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.
- Ability to communicate effectively and strong writing skills.
- High level of creativity to present complex information in an engaging format.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Snagit, Articulate, and Camtasia is a plus.
