About the role#
This position is a paid, full-time opportunity for high school students interested in the trades. You will work on-site at our Fort Wayne facility to learn core manufacturing and fabrication skills.
What you'll do#
You will receive hands-on training to develop your skills in several areas:
- Lincoln weld machine operation
- Torch work and layout
- Welding and grinding techniques
- Blueprint reading
- Weld patterns
- Fabrication projects and product knowledge
