About the role#
Dealmoon Group is hiring an E-commerce Operations Specialist Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports product sourcing, daily operations, content creation, and performance tracking. You will help identify what products appeal to various U.S. audiences, including professionals, families, and younger shoppers.
What you'll do#
- Research and select high-potential products from social media, affiliate networks, and e-commerce platforms.
- Evaluate items based on market demand, pricing, reviews, and overall fit for our customers.
- Maintain product listings by updating information, images, and links while removing expired deals or broken content.
- Monitor performance metrics like clicks, conversions, and engagement to guide future merchandising decisions.
- Write promotional articles, buying guides, and deal highlights tailored to specific shopping needs.
- Support major seasonal campaigns including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday events.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional written English and the ability to create content that resonates with U.S. consumers.
- Familiarity with major platforms like Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit.
- A strong interest in online shopping trends and consumer behavior.
- Comfort using data to support your operational decisions.
- A sharp eye for identifying trending and commercially promising products.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time internship based in Richardson, Texas.
- The role is hybrid, requiring approximately 3 days per week in the office.
- The internship runs from October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
- Availability is required during the Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday period.
