About the role#
DCI Engineers is looking for a Civil Intern for the Summer 2027 term in Spokane, Washington. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience through mentorship and project work.
What you'll do#
- Perform construction support services, including submittal reviews and observation reporting.
- Conduct construction support site visits.
- Complete AutoCAD detailing tasks.
- Assist with preliminary site development and design for various civil applications and construction types.
- Learn through direct experience and guidance from our engineering team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a civil engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university.
- You are a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a master's student.
- You have effective communication skills.
- You are collaborative, approachable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- You have a genuine interest in civil engineering design and construction support.
