About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Spokane, Washington office for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside our engineering team to gain hands-on experience in structural design and construction support. You will receive mentorship as you develop your technical skills on active projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform preliminary structural analysis and design across various construction types.
- Support construction projects through site visits, shop drawings, and submittal reviews.
- Produce Revit detailing and drafting.
- Coordinate project details by working with engineers and BIM designers.
- Grow your technical expertise through direct project involvement and mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering degree program at an ABET-accredited university.
- Standing as a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a master's student.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in structural design and construction support.
