About the role#
This is a 9-week Management Internship program running during the summer of 2027. Participants who finish the program successfully may be considered for the Management Trainee Program after they earn their degree. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
You will learn about the transportation industry and the specific policies, procedures, and philosophies at Dayton Freight. You will contribute to the success of the Service Center by understanding how each position functions and how it supports the company mission.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college
- Basic math skills
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Majors in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
