About the role#
Management Interns participate in an accelerated 9-week program during the summer. This internship offers a look into the transportation industry and the internal operations of Dayton Freight. Interns who finish the program successfully are considered for the Management Trainee Program after they graduate.
What you'll do#
- Learn the policies, procedures, and philosophies of Dayton Freight.
- Study the function of each position within the company.
- Contribute to the daily success of the Service Center.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college, specifically in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Basic math skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during the program.

- Compensation: $23.95 per hour.
