About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity for students graduating in 2026 to gain experience within a global alternative investment management firm. Working directly with the Chief of Staff to the CEO, the intern will support management, marketing, communications, and compliance initiatives. This is a full-time, paid position for a duration of 6-12 months.
What you'll do#
- Research and compile executive and stakeholder briefing materials for high-profile meetings and engagements.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform firm-wide decision-making.
- Support the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including pitchbooks and client presentations.
- Coordinate CEO media appearances, conferences, and external events.
- Ensure all deliverables meet operational, regulatory, and security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s degree program with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or Economics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
