About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity for students graduating from an undergraduate or master's degree in 2026 to gain experience at a global investment management firm. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff to the CEO, supporting operations across management, marketing, sales, communications, legal, compliance, risk, and investments. This is a full-time, paid position lasting between 6 and 12 months.
What you'll do#
- Research and compile executive and stakeholder briefing materials for meetings and engagements.
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic initiatives and leadership decision-making.
- Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including pitchbooks and client presentations.
- Coordinate CEO media appearances, conferences, and external events.
- Ensure all materials and deliverables adhere to operational, regulatory, and security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or Economics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume workflows.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
