About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based on-site in Waller, Texas. You will join the planning team to help manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The program runs for 11 weeks and includes individual projects, group work, and networking opportunities across departments.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning team with forecasting across business segments like manufacturing, sales, and logistics.
- Create visual models of financial data to present to management.
- Build reports in Excel and Anaplan based on specific requests.
- Analyze key metrics and organize data into accessible formats.
- Provide support for ad hoc business analysis projects to help streamline organizational workflows.
- Review past financial reports and investment forecasts to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- An expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2029.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
