About the role#
As a Support Intern at Dadosfera, you will play an essential role in customer success by providing continuous support and helping clients utilize platform features. You will work alongside the Customer Success leadership team and assist with the daily operation of on-site IT infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience in a technology-driven environment.
What you'll do#
- Open and manage support tickets while documenting resolution steps.
- Assist clients through chat, phone, email, and other support tools to identify needs and resolve issues.
- Provide basic on-site IT support, including workstation setup, peripherals, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware, accessories, and software licenses.
- Assist with the acquisition and organization of IT equipment such as laptops and monitors.
- Perform basic maintenance on IT equipment and escalate complex issues to senior team members or vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.
