As a Support Intern at Dadosfera, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer success by providing continuous support and helping clients navigate the platform. You will work closely with the Customer Success leadership team while also gaining hands-on experience with internal IT infrastructure operations.
What you'll do#
- Open and manage support tickets, documenting all actions taken to resolve incidents.
- Assist clients via chat, phone, email, and other support tools to identify needs and resolve problems.
- Provide basic on-site IT support, including workstation setup, peripherals, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT inventory control by tracking hardware, accessories, and software licenses.
- Assist in the acquisition and organization of IT equipment such as laptops and monitors.
- Perform basic maintenance on IT equipment, escalating complex issues to senior team members or vendors as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
