About the role#
Cyclic Materials is looking for an organized Marketing Intern to join our team in Toronto. This is a generalist role focused on marketing coordination, administration, and day-to-day support. You will gain practical experience across various marketing activities while helping the team stay organized and deliver projects on time.
What you'll do#
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, project timelines, and marketing materials.
- Organize and maintain marketing files, templates, contact lists, and shared folders.
- Support social media scheduling and basic content updates.
- Conduct basic market, industry, and competitor research.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Help coordinate events, conferences, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Track marketing activities, deadlines, and performance information.
- Support purchase orders, invoices, promotional inventory, and vendor coordination.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive, dependable attitude and a willingness to learn.
