About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team to support our patients and ensure a safe, effective retail pharmacy environment. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide care, manage workflows, and help patients manage chronic or specialty conditions. This is a part-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care by modeling our values and demonstrating empathy for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Support pharmacy operations including inventory management, quality assurance, and workflow management, excluding final prescription verification.
- Help patients through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet state regulations.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver better health outcomes and promote a culture of energy and pride.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs, reaching overhead, stooping, and remaining upright for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills to provide instructions to customers and colleagues.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.

- Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
