About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist in a retail environment. You will assist in maintaining a safe and effective workspace while delivering care to patients. This role focuses on supporting pharmacy operations, patient safety, and quality assurance.
What you'll do#
- Maintain patient safety and quality assurance standards.
- Support pharmacy professional practices and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver customer service to patients and caregivers.
- Manage inventory and pharmacy workflow.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients and team members.
- Complete required training within state guidelines and timeframes.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $42.00 per hour.
